- Western State College High Altitude Distance Camp, Gunnison, CO. Duane Vandenbusche, Western State College, CO. 81231. #970-943-2068. July 25- 31, ages 13-18. $295 res, $200 comm. 5th year. 85 campers. Led by WSC head coach Duane Vandenbusche with other outstanding coaches. Mtn. runs to 9,000 swim workouts, weight training, nutrition, motivation, race stategy, injury prevention, goal setting. Run on high altitude trails and Gunniosn National Forest.

beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains of SouthWest Virginia. Blacksburg has been

Build a solid distance base for the upcoming cross-country season. Many
of the finest teams from PA, VA, MD, DE, NJ, and CT attend this camp. We
annually draw 300 runners- all ability levels.

- Illinois State University. 1. Sub5 Girl's Distance Running Camp
The camp program teaches the athlete how to incorporate the mental and
physical aspects of distance running into her training. Camp Director is
Janet Smith-Leet, a 10 x NCAA All-American from NC State, as well as a
former Kinney X-C Champion. 2. Redbird Throws Camp - Coed
The athlete will have an opportunity to work with all of the throws,
including the hammer & javelin. The camp program will involve discussions
about plyometrics & weight training, as well as video analysis. The camp

Camp is going to be held August 14-18 @ San Mateo Memorial Park. The
cost is incredibly cheap ($60 if we receive money before June 1 and a
